Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your NOVA account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data is removed from our systems, except where we must keep limited records to comply with the law.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open NOVA and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to Delete account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account. There is no waiting period once you confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at ceo@nova-app.co from the address you used to sign up, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, avatar, bio, email).
Your diagnostic quiz answers and Sentiel (AI mentor) chat history.
Your daily check-ins, check-outs, notes, streaks, and milestone history.
Your Community posts, comments, reactions, and reports you filed.
Your Brothers in Battle requests and direct messages.
Your notification preferences and device push tokens.

What may be retained

We may keep minimal records (such as fraud-prevention or legal-compliance logs) for a limited period after deletion where required by law, separate from any content you created in the app.
